Dedicated Telephone Helpline Support is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ET). If you need to receive support at other times, special arrangements can be made to contact a member of our support staff. When you have a question concerning hardware, software, or an operational-related issue, call the customer support telephone helpline. Our customer support personnel can usually determine the type of problem and a solution very quickly.

Many calls can often be resolved in minutes. In addition, most operational questions are addressed in our training classes, User Guide, System Administrator Guide, and Help System. Support is only for technical questions, not for information on how to implement the system. We strongly recommend that users attend an iMaint training class.

Training Services are highly recommended to ensure the success of your iMaint operation. Attend one of our in-house training classes or have one of our consultants come on-site to train your key personnel. Our hands-on workshop classes are small, so maximum student-instructor interaction is ensured. The workshop focuses on daily, on-the-job tasks. Customized training and requests (to meet your special needs) can also be arranged by coordination with DPSI's Training Center.

Product Updates and Add-On Modules are often the result of customer input. Our Product Development Department is constantly improving and adding enhancements to iMaint. These enhancements are designed to make iMaint a better product and increase its value to your business. Customer feedback plays a large role in determining the direction and implementation of product changes.
