The Warehouse Primary tab tracks part-related warehouse information including addresses and phone numbers.
Note: Labels with red text denote required fields. You must enter information in these fields.

Warehouse ID |
A unique identifier for a particular warehouse where parts reside. Warehouse ID accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 25 characters in length, including spaces. |

Warehouse Description |
Description of a particular warehouse where parts reside. Warehouse Description accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 255 characters, including spaces. |

Combine Warehouses for Purchasing |
A check box indicating to combine warehouses for purchasing. |

Address 1 |
Description of the warehouse location. Examples of information you place in this field include street name, street number, general delivery, P.O. box number and station numbers. Address 1 accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 50 characters, including spaces. |

Address 2 |
Description of the additional warehouse location details that may be necessary. Examples of information you place in this field include street name, street number, general delivery, P.O. box number and station numbers. Address 2 accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 50 characters, including spaces. |

Address 3 |
Description of the additional warehouse location details that may be necessary but did not fit on Address 1 or 2. Examples of information you place in this field include street name, street number, general delivery, P.O. box number and station numbers. Address 3 accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 50 characters, including spaces. |

City |
The name of the city where the building is located. City accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 25 characters, including spaces. |

State |
The abbreviated name of the state where the warehouse is located. You can enter a new state directly into this field or click the Standard Lookup icon to search for a state already existing in the iMaint system. State accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 25 characters, including spaces. |

State Description |
The name of the state where the building is located. State Description accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 255 characters, including spaces. |

Zip |
The zip code of the area where the building is located. Zip accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 15 characters, including spaces. |

Country |
The abbreviated name of the country where the building is located. Country accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 25 characters, including spaces. |

Country Description |
The country of the area where the warehouse is located. Country Description accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 255 characters, including spaces. |

County |
The county of the area where the warehouse is located. County accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 25 characters, including spaces. |
