Primary Site Tab
The Site Master displays information about the current site. Site Master is usually the first window in iMaint where information is entered, since many default settings used throughout the system are defined in this module. There can only be one Site record per iMaint database. Use the following when establishing your site information and defaults in the Primary Tab.

Site ID |
A unique identifier assigned by your company to identify this site. This ID appears on reports and screens throughout the system to identify the current site's information. Site ID accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 25 characters, including spaces. |

Site Description |
Description for the Site ID. It appears on reports and screens throughout the system to identify the current site's information. Site Description accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 255 characters, including spaces. |

Federal ID Number |
A unique identifier for a number assigned by government for tracking purposes such as taxes. Federal ID Number accepts numbers or letters (alphanumeric) up to 25 characters, including spaces. |

Comment |
Any additional information about the Site which may print on reports or be used in a search capacity, but has no functional use in iMaint. Information in this field must be text only with a limit of 40,000 characters. |
