If a physical count for the part has not been applied, then this is the current on-hand quantity for the part (displaying the most current information). It is no longer calculated and will not change once the count is applied to a part. This field is read-only. |
|
Physical Count |
The number of parts which were counted as part of the physical inventory. The number may be zero but may not be negative. This field defaults to blank (not zero) so that the system can tell if a quantity has not been entered, as only parts with a quantity entered (even if zero) will be updated. This field accepts numbers (000,000,000.00). |
|

If the physical count has not been applied, then this is the difference between the current on-hand quantity for the part (displaying the most current information). It is no longer calculated and will not change once the count is applied to a part. This field is read-only. |

The person who counted the list inventory. The default for this field is the User ID, however, the person who counted the inventory is not necessarily the person logged into the computer. |
