Schedules Subtab
The Schedules sub tab displays the schedule information related to the asset. The system also displays all schedules for the asset group. When a schedule is created that specifies the asset, a link is automatically created. However, you can also copy schedule links from another asset.
An example of an asset that belongs to groups is as follows. You may have an asset record for a forklift that has three schedule PMs defined. The forklift may also be a part of an asset group called USHZMAT (used for hazardous material). There may be two schedules associated with the asset group USHZMAT. The forklift is also a part of the asset group for LN2SIS (loaned to sister plant) which has four schedules associated with it. In this example, the forklift has nine schedules appearing on the Schedules sub tab.
Note: Labels with red text denote required fields. You must enter information in these fields.

Schedule ID |
A unique identifier for a schedule. Schedule ID is a read-only field and cannot be changed once in the proof. This field accepts letters and numbers (alphanumeric), up to 25 characters, including spaces. |

Schedule Description |
The description of the schedule, indicating the work performed. Procedure Description accepts letters or numbers up to 255 characters. |

Status ID |
A unique identifier for the status of this particular schedule. This field accepts letters and numbers (alphanumeric), up to 25 characters, including spaces. |

Status Description |
Description of the status for this particular schedule. This field accepts letters or numbers up to 255 characters. |

Procedure ID |
A unique combination of letters or numbers (alphanumeric), up to 25 characters, that identifies the procedure being performed for this asset. This is a read-only field and cannot be changed once in the proof. |

Procedure Description |
Description of the procedure being performed for this asset. If the asset/procedure cross-reference in the schedule does not have a procedure, this field will be blank. This field is read-only. |

Asset Group ID |
A unique identifier for the asset group for the schedule. This field accepts letters and numbers (alphanumeric), up to 25 characters, including spaces. |

Asset Group Description |
This is the description of the asset group for the schedule. This field accepts letters and numbers (alphanumeric), up to 255 characters, including spaces. |

Date Last Scheduled |
The date last scheduled for the asset/procedure record. This field is read-only. |

Date Last Completed |
The date last completed for the asset/procedure record. This field is read-only. |
|
Meter ID |
A unique identifier for each meter found in the schedule asset/procedure record. This field is read-only. |

Meter Description |
Description for each meter found in the schedule asset/procedure record. This field is read-only. |

Meter Last Scheduled |
The meter's last scheduled date for each meter found for the schedule asset/procedure record. This field is read-only. |

Meter Last Completed |
The meter's last completed date for each meter found for the schedule asset/procedure record. This field is read-only. |
